These terms apply when you use saptarishivastu.com or book a consultation with Saptarishi Vastu & Jyotish. By booking, you accept them. If you do not, please do not book.

They should be read alongside our Disclaimer andPrivacy Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Who we are

Saptarishi Vastu & Jyotish, based in Punjab, India — consultations worldwide, online. Consultations are conducted online, in English or Hindi. Contact: [email protected].

What we provide

Interpretive guidance drawn from Jyotish and Vastu Shastra, delivered as a scheduled consultation and, where agreed, written notes. The scope of any given session is what we agree with you in advance.

Booking and eligibility

• You must be 18 or over to book
• A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time with you and any required payment has been received
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you supply. An incorrect birth time changes a chart materially, and we cannot be responsible for a reading based on wrong information
• Sessions run over video at the time agreed in your timezone. Please join on time; we may not be able to extend a session that starts late

Fees, rescheduling and cancellation

Fees are as quoted to you at the time of booking. Consultations involve preparation done in advance of the session itself, which is reflected in how cancellations are treated.

Your conduct

We ask for straightforward courtesy, and we extend the same. We may decline or end a consultation without refund if a client is abusive, or if the request falls outside what we are willing to advise on. We do not offer readings intended to harm another person, and we do not make predictions about a third party's death, illness, or private life.

Recordings and confidentiality

Neither party may record a session without the other's prior agreement. What you tell us is treated as confidential, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design, charts and images on this site belong to Saptarishi Vastu & Jyotish. Written notes prepared for your consultation are for your personal use; please do not republish or resell them. You are welcome to quote short extracts of site content with attribution and a link.

The website itself

Site content — including horoscope pages and blog articles — is general information published for interest. It is not tailored to you, and it is not a substitute for a consultation. We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or free of error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Punjab, India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of protections available to you under the mandatory law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you book, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
