Every building sits in a relationship with the sun's path, the directions and the five elements. When that relationship is wrong, daily life gets harder in ways that are easy to blame on everything else.
Land, Home & Business
A full directional survey of a plot, house or commercial space before you buy, build or move in.
We map the site against the eight directions and the five elements, then tell you plainly what works, what fights you, and what to do about it — ideally before contracts are signed.
Align your workspace and north-east zone to clear stalled promotions and job searches.
Where you sit, which way you face, and what sits behind you change how work goes. We adjust the study, office or desk placement so effort actually converts into progress.
Rebalance the south-west and bedroom placements that quietly strain a household.
Persistent friction at home often traces back to bedroom placement, mirrors, and the south-west zone. Small, reversible corrections usually do more than anyone expects.
Every zone, every room, one prioritised plan — our most thorough engagement.
The full survey: all sixteen zones, every room, chart overlay, and a staged plan that tells you what to change first, second and last, with budget in mind.
The same compass we work from during a consultation. Worth a few minutes before your session — it makes the conversation much faster.

Clarity, health and spiritual practice
The most sensitive zone in the building. Keep it the lightest and lowest point — a prayer space or water feature suits it. Never a kitchen, toilet or heavy storage.
What to prepare
Three things that make a Vastu session useful
A dimensioned floor plan
An architect's drawing is ideal, but a hand sketch with measured room sizes works. Include doors, windows, the kitchen, bathrooms and staircases.
A compass reading at the main door
Stand inside the main entrance facing out and note the bearing. Any phone compass is accurate enough — just step away from large metal objects first.
The actual problem
Money not holding, a child who cannot settle to study, arguments that always start in the same room. The specifics matter far more than a general request to “check the Vastu”.
